The 30/30 Shadow A CEO Program connects talented young adults with local business leaders for meaningful mentorship and job shadowing experiences. Provides critical career readiness and leadership development for future business leaders. Students and CEOs will come together for exploration, learning, and mentorship. This immersive experience will take you inside the world of business leaders, allowing you to shadow a CEO and gain invaluable insights into their daily routines.

10:00 am – Meet and Greet to experience building relationships
10:15 am – The Learning Experience Session
11:30 am – Lunch with Coach Moncrief and Students
12:00 pm – Time at CEO’s Place of Business
